It's all about the journey!
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the Sound Team. It doesn't matter if you don't know an EQ from a DI, we will give you all the training you need.
It's probably best if you have some sort of musical appreciation, as mixing sound is as much an art as a craft, and if you can fathom endless cable runs, so much the better!
For the first few weeks, you will work alongside one of the existing team - much better than being left to your own devices! Once you are on your own, help will always be only a couple of rows away.
